IBZA led the full-stack architecture, machine learning pipeline, and cloud deployment:

  1. Ambient Medical Speech Recognition Engine:

    • Integrated AWS Transcribe Medical and foundation LLMs via AWS Bedrock to parse doctor-patient dialogues into structured EHR prescriptions and ICD-10 codes.
    • Built a low-latency WebRTC streaming audio pipeline for instant real-time transcription on web and mobile.

  2. Secure Clinical Data Architecture:

    • Deployed multi-tenant, HIPAA-eligible Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL with KMS envelope encryption for all protected health information (PHI).
    • Designed strict role-based access control (RBAC) separating doctor notes, clinic staff administration, and diagnostic lab workflows.

  3. Multi-Channel Patient Delivery:

    • Built serverless event pipelines on AWS Lambda and Amazon SES/SNS for instant generation of tamper-evident digital prescriptions delivered via WhatsApp and SMS.
